How to Set Goals to Land Your Dream Job ( 3 types of goals)
One of the key aspects of achieving success in your job search is to set effective goals. The problem is you don’t know how to set goals. More importantly you don’t know how to push through it, stick with it and make it happen. A lot of you set goals in the past and it has never worked and then you think the goal setting is not important, not gonna work. It doesn’t work because you don’t know how to set it in the right way and you don’t really work on your goals. Goals only work if you work. Our job training program will guide you on how to set 3 types of goals to keep you on the right track to land your dream job which are Process Goal, Performance Goal and Outcome Goal.

How to Make Cold Call to Employers 
Cold calling is one of the quickest and fastest ways for you to land a professional job in Australia Unlike typical career counselling program, we will teach you the art of cold calling which means you will learn how to use the phone to reach out to employers, to communicate with employers, to identify job opportunities that are not in the marketplace, to get known by employers, etc. in the correct way , We will give you 3 different cold call scripts which will show you exactly what to say with employer, what questions to ask employer. We also prepare an Elevator pitch for you, so you know how to introduce yourself to employer over the phone professionally within 2 minutes By cold calling to employers, the employers won’t treat you like an ‘A4 paper’. Therefore, you will stand out from other candidates who only apply for jobs on online platforms such as Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc

How to Walk-in to Employers
Besides cold calling to employers, knocking on employers doors is another powerful way to land your dream job in a short period of time. This is not a skill that you were born knowing how to do, this is something that you need to learn. You can’t just go to any company and say random things, then give them your resume, the employer will ask you to leave. You definitely don’t want that. 
We will teach you how to walk-in correctly in our Job Coaching Program. We will show you exactly what to do when you do walk-in, who you should talk with, how to introduce yourself, how to impress employers, etc. We also will give you our legendary walk-in template, where you know exactly what to say step by step, so you will have a good preparation to do walk-in to your employer confidently.

How to Pitch Yourself to Employers
Pitch yourself means how to ‘sell’ yourself in 2 -3 minutes. A lot of international students, migrants tend to overlook how important it is to ‘sell’ themselves. We will customise your own elevator pitch based on your unique experience, skills, qualification, etc. By having a perfect pitch, you will never feel scared speaking with employers again.

 
How to Create a Convincing Job Proposal
Job proposal is a proposal to employers to explain what you can offer specifically and why should the company hire you. By knowing your own Job Proposal, you will get to control your own destiny. 
In Australia, if employers can see your potential and your value to their company, they will create a position for you even if they are not advertising any position. This will never happen to you if you only apply for jobs in Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, Jora,...websites. We will teach you how to write your job proposal, provide you with a Job proposal template and our successful Job proposal sample, so you will know exactly how to write your own Job proposal. We have had a lot of students who landed their dream job by sending job proposals to employers.

How to Follow Up With Employers Without Being Annoying 
Follow up is defined as an act to follow through with employers until they become your employer. The fact is 80% of jobs happen between 5th to 12th times you follow-ups. Follow up to employers is an on-going process over a long period of time, not just 1 or 2 or 3 times, then stop. You need to be relentless, be continuous, be smart, and be creative in following up employers. Sadly, most of the time, you don’t follow up with your potential employer even once after you apply for the job. Even if you follow up, it will easily come across as annoying, harassing employers. Because you run out of materials to say every time you follow up. In our Job Coaching Program, we will teach you how to follow up and provide you with a 60 days follow up plan whereby the employer won’t feel annoyed when you follow up with them. How to Handle Employer When They Say ‘NO’
You might have heard the followings from employers before: ‘Unfortunately,...’, ‘you don’t have enough experience’, ‘you don’t have permanent residency’, ‘just send us your resume’, ‘we are not hiring’, ‘we’ll think about it’, ‘we’ll let you know’, ‘you’ll come back to you’, etc. These are called Employers Objection or in layman terms, it means employers just say NO to you. Most of the time, when you hear employers say these things, you will give up or move on to apply for another job. But that is a serious mistake, there’s so much you miss out by not knowing by handling employers when they say “NO”. We will teach you how to handle employer “NO”, so you can confidently deal with it when it happens. We also will  provide you with our very own rebuttal manual where you know exactly step by step what to say when employers say “No” to you.

How to Leverage LinkedIn to Land Your Dream Jobs
Most international students, migrants have been using LinkedIn only for job application purpose which is a massive mistake. LinkedIn is a platform where you can find your potential employers that you hardly find in other platforms. LinkedIn can also be used to connect with your dream employers, people working in your dream job, to follow up on your application, to invite people for a coffee, to book an appointment, etc. In our program, we will teach you how to leverage LinkedIn in the way that you’ve never done before. How to Customise Resume and Cover letter, Selection Criteria
There’s no such thing as a perfect resume or cover letter. For each and every job, you gotta create different resumes, cover letters and selection criteria. Most of you use the same resume, same cover letter to apply for jobs and as a result, you don’t land a job. In our Job Coaching Program, we will teach you how to customise your resume, cover letter, and selection criteria for each and every job. How to Analyse the Job Ad
When you see job ads on Seek, LinkedIn, Indeed,...it is important for you to analyse it. We will teach you how to pick up the keywords, identifying the concerns that you have about the job, etc. We also teach you how to negotiate with the employers if you don’t meet some of those criterias. We will teach you how to create more jobs based on just one job ad.

How to prepare for interview
We will send a set of questions that are likely to be asked during the interview. You will then prepare the answer to those questions which will get feedback from us. Once you got our feedback, you just need to memorise the answers. So when employers ask you those questions, you will know how to say.
